Telegram sent to Bela Lugosi turning him down for the role of Dracula when Universal Studios wanted Lon Chaney Sr. for the role. This telegram was seen in Gary Rhodes' documentary Lugosi, Hollywood's Dracula. SOLD
I got these from Frankenstein neck bolts Harry Thomas years ago. He told me Jack Pierce gave them to him.... Harry wrote a LOA to that effect.... that they were used when the close up bolts were damaged in the fire scene of Frankenstein. They are made of a spongy yet firm porous material. SOLD
