Bela Lugosi Handwritten Interview

This interview among others was done by Irwin Oster In NYC. Irwin pretended that He worked for His school newspaper. He interviewed around 10 or 12 movie stars during WWII, including Bela Lugosi. He prepared the questions in advance & various stars answered His questions with written responses in person. Irwin met Bela Lugosi on a street corner in NYC. Bela considered doing the interview while leaning on a cyclone fence & lighting up a cigarette. Bela was very cordial & friendly. Irwin worked as a page boy for Al Jolson & accumulated one of the greatest movie star collections during the mid-1940's.

Ed Wood autograph to Director Fred Olen Ray

Fred Olen Ray hired Ed Wood to write a script titled Beach Blanket Bloodbath. Ed died before he finished the script but autographed this photo from Bride of the Monster. Ed wrote "To Fred and Nancy, May our trails always lead to the same theater. Edward D. Wood Jr. 1978." Ed passed away December 10, 1978.
